I would like to begin by letting you know that we purchased a Vehicle from your dealership back in March, 2011 I believe.  Our salesman was Terry Hatten, and he was outstanding! 
 
Our purchase began with an online search that lead us to your dealership, my husband was looking for a good deal and came upon Bayshore.  From start to finish the process/experience was simple and stress free.  We have never dealt with a dealership or car salesman that made our purchase as smooth as Terry.  Once we agreed on the purchase, Terry arranged all of the paper work and we met with him in Victoria, as we are from Sandia, Texas.  We looked over the car signed all of the paper work and were on our way.  Simple and a wonderful experience.
 
His help after the sale has been extraordinary as well, he arranged for us to have a second key delivered and mailed to us and arranged for an owners manual for the vehicle as well.  Terry made himself available to us anytime we/I had questions.  Terry will definetely be who we go to for our next vehicle purchase.  Great job and Excellent employee.
